Project of a residential building consisting of 5 real estate units, characterized by a natural stone facade finish in contrast with the reinforced concrete, distinguishing it from the other buildings in the area. This unique finish was chosen to enhance the beauty of the architecture and create a highly relevant visual impact. Advanced air conditioning and free cooling solutions have been implemented inside the building, which allow optimal temperature control and a significant reduction in energy consumption.
