Residenza 27 was created with the aim of converting an obsolete residential area with the construction of a new energy-sustainable building, which is Minergie-P certified, offering apartments with high living comfort characterized by modern architecture. The designed building consists of 6 floors above ground within which there are 11 exclusive apartments of different sizes and commercial spaces.
